VIP Mentorship Program Fee:

1. Policy Statement

This Refund Policy ("Policy") is established by AGF Publishers Hub ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to delineate the conditions under which clients ("Client", "You", or "Your") are eligible for a refund concerning the VIP business Program ("Programs"). The Company acknowledges the significant investment required in running the business and is committed to providing an equitable remedy under specific, predetermined circumstances as outlined herein.

Eligibility Criteria for Refund

A refund under this Policy is contingent upon the satisfaction of the following criteria by the Client:

1. Requirement: The Client must successfully go through the whole program.

2. Professional Engagement: For each business aspect, the Client must hire, including but not limited to:
   - A Sales Manager, for the purpose of managing sales team.
   - An HR, for the purpose of managing the entire team.

3. Sales Performance Criterion: A full refund will be rendered in cases where no sales are recorded during the time of working with us, subsequent to their release and adherence to the aforementioned conditions.

Policy Limitations

This Policy represents the sole refund mechanism available to Clients under the auspices of the Company. All sales concluded under the terms of this Policy are final and binding, with no alternative avenues for refund beyond those explicitly stated herein.

Refund Request Procedure

Clients seeking a refund must submit a formal request along with all requisite documentation to the designated review committee provided by the Company. The Company shall initiate the refund process upon satisfactory verification of compliance with the Policy terms.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Delhi in specific and in case of any conflict of laws and promulgations of a foreign country and the laws of india, the indian law shall prevail.
